Dr. Victoria Russell is a Professor of Spanish and World Language Education at Valdosta State University. Recognized as a global leader in online teaching and learning, she has given workshops and presentations across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Oceania. She has also published numerous research articles and book chapters in peer-reviewed journals and presses.
Dr. Russell is the Director of VSU's Study Abroad Programs in Cadiz, Spain, and Strasbourg, France.
