Dr. Samuel Limneos is a government information manager, archival supervisor and administrator. He holds a Ph.D. in History and an M.S.L.I.S. in Archival Studies, with expertise spanning archival administration, information literacy, preservation management, and military history. His teaching focuses on preparing students for careers in archives, libraries, special collections, and information management through practical applications of archival theory, digital curation, and research methodologies. His research interests cover the history of archival and library services.
