Dr. Gwen Scott Ruttencutter is an assistant professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at Valdosta State University. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2018, an M.Ed. from Valdosta State University in 2014, and a B.S.Ed. from Valdosta State University in 2011. Her research interests include adult learning and development, self-directed learning, qualitative methodology, action research, and positive psychology. Dr. Ruttencutter is also engaged in exploring doctoral education and Holocaust education in higher education contexts.
